Lisa Cooper, RN BSN
is the Co-Founder of Fresh Face Aesthetics located in Buda, TX and the Founder of RENEW by Fresh Face, a wellness-focused extension created to support a more holistic approach to beauty, longevity, and self-care.
With a background as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, Lisa brings a calm, grounded presence and a deep commitment to safety, precision, and patient trust into every aspect of her work.
Her years in emergency medicine shaped her ability to assess the whole person—not just the presenting concern—an approach that now defines both her aesthetic philosophy and her vision for RENEW. While Fresh Face Aesthetics focuses on refined, natural results, Lisa founded RENEW as an intentional offshoot to expand into holistic wellness, restorative therapies, and treatments that support both inner vitality and outward radiance.
Lisa believes true rejuvenation is not about drastic change, but about thoughtful refinement and balance. Her approach is warm, educational, and highly personalized, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and confident in their care. At RENEW, clinical excellence is seamlessly paired with a calming, elevated environment designed to help clients slow down, restore, and reconnect.
Through continued education and a passion for integrative wellness, Lisa remains dedicated to creating spaces where aesthetics and wellness coexist—helping clients look refreshed, feel energized, and live well at every stage of life.
She is a mom to two beautiful girls first and enjoys every bit of time she gets to spend with them and her husband. They love to go down to the beach, explore new (and old) family friendly restaurants, gathering with friends, and attending local events around Wimberley.
Medical Director
Brian Cooper, DO
Dr. Cooper, DO serves as the Medical Director for Fresh Face Aesthetics and RENEW by Fresh Face, providing thoughtful medical oversight rooted in whole-person care and clinical excellence.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Cooper completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan before earning his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency in Phoenix, Arizona, where he developed a comprehensive approach to patient care that emphasizes balance, prevention, and long-term wellness. In 2012, Dr. Cooper relocated to Austin, where he has practiced as a hospitalist and nocturnist, caring for patients across a wide spectrum of medical needs.
Dr. Cooper is known for his calm presence, attentive listening, and genuine connection with patients. His background in internal medicine brings a holistic lens to aesthetic and wellness care—recognizing that optimal results are achieved when treatments support the body as a whole, not just isolated concerns. He values innovation, continued education, and evidence-based practices that promote vitality, longevity, and overall well-being.
As Medical Director, Dr. Cooper helps guide the clinical philosophy behind both Fresh Face and RENEW, ensuring every service is delivered with integrity, intention, and the highest standards of safety. His leadership allows clients to experience aesthetic and wellness treatments with confidence, trust, and a sense of ease—knowing their care is grounded in thoughtful medical expertise.
Licensed Esthetician
TAYLOR FAIL
Taylor is a licensed esthetician originally from Dallas, Texas, and a graduate of the Aveda Institute and Empower Health & Aesthetics Institute. Her passion for skincare began through her own personal skin journey, inspiring a thoughtful, results-driven approach to aesthetics.
Taylor is known for creating a comfortable, welcoming experience where clients feel heard, cared for, and confident in their skin. She loves educating and guiding clients through personalized skincare routines to help them look and feel their best.
Her favorite treatments include chemical peels and brightening facials, where she can deliver visible results while supporting long-term skin health.
Outside of the treatment room, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and finding peace by the ocean.
